The explanation was very thorough and made me feel at ease. The area around the hotel is unsafe in the evening, so it's not a recommended place to walk alone, but it was quieter at 9:00 and 10:00, when the concert ended, so I was fine even by myself. It's a bit of a walk from Chinatown, the live venue, and the station, but I don't think it's a problem if you don't mind walking!

It was my first time staying at a hotel by myself, but the staff at the hotel was kind and helpful, and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner, so I was able to use the hotel with peace of mind. In addition, it was very convenient because Chinatown and the station were close.
