Can’t keep luggage… is bad service When booking this hotel before…. Have to think about it

Good budget hotel, very convenience for 1-2 person

Location is close to the Yokohama station, room is not too big but have all you need.

This hotel is disgusting. The bedding is not changed. I woke up after one night of sleep feeling itchy all over. On the second night, they said I couldn’t stay. I wanted to cancel but couldn’t. Ctrip can’t manage these agents at all. They just said sorry for letting you stay in such a disgusting hotel. I asked the hotel front desk, will this blue quilt cover not be changed? The direct answer is no. I asked: The previous guest stayed here, and the next guest continued to sleep on it. Isn’t it dirty? Will it not be changed? The answer was: Do you think it’s dirty? I was stunned... I recorded what the front desk said, and the cleaner took photos and gave them all to Ctrip. Ctrip still only said: This is too disgusting, but we can’t handle it... We will continue to negotiate...

I was looking for a cheap hotel near Yokohama Station and booked this hotel. I was glad that I was able to stay there for less than 10,000 yen per night at the last minute. I stayed in a smoking room because I was sharing a room with a smoker. The room was small and the smell of cigarettes was very bothersome. (It can't be helped since it's a smoking room) The shower curtain in the bathroom also smelled bad. The bottlenecks for the hand soap and other things were also dirty. There was an electric kettle, but it was also obviously dirty and I didn't feel like using it. The bathrobe was also worn out and a bit smelly, which bothered me. Also, the ventilation fan was very noisy when it was set to "high". It wasn't clean, but it was about a 10-minute walk from Yokohama Station and there was a convenience store nearby, so the location wasn't bad.

It was my first time staying at a hotel alone, but I was able to stay comfortably. Amenities were provided. There was a Seven-Eleven and Komeda nearby.

I've used it many times and it's very cheap and good! You can check in without anyone and there is a coin laundry, so you can stay anytime!

Despite being in a great location within walking distance of Yokohama Station, I was able to stay there for a very reasonable price.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The location is not far from the bustling area of ​​Yokohama West Exit, which is very convenient and quiet. There are staff on the first floor, and there is a drone for check-out. Luggage cannot be stored in advance. Although the room is not big, it feels more comfortable than other hotels of the same price I have stayed in.

It was disappointing that the cups were dirty and there was dust under the bed.

I was disappointed that there were stains on the cushion cover and limescale on the kettle, but the location was good and the price was cheap, so I have no complaints.

To begin with, I didn't have a reservation. I even received a confirmation email. Even though I had confirmed my reservation over the phone, the receptionist said I didn't have a reservation. The room was fully booked and I felt irritated by the lack of service.
