This is my second visit, what I would say is I was really lucky last time that I booked random classic room via trip.com and I was assigned the minamimirai city+harbour view 2single bed room (which is the most exp one in non suite guest room) , this time I booked for the same view but a double bed and the room is smaller. The room is still so perfect for chill vacation. Nice walk to park or JR station in early winter, convenience shop nearby , everything is fine.
Do book for Spa some weeks earlier, I just missed it this time. Hope to return in near future.

Everything was good here. Security was excellent to prevent any unnecessary mainlanders from entering. They all wanted to see the hotel. Quite annoying actually.

One of the best hotels I had visited in Japan, with excellent location and views, staff there are very nice and helpful, will visit this hotel again in the future.

The quality of the breakfast meals is excellent, with a choice of Western and Japanese dishes such as wagyu beef and salmon as main courses. The breakfast buffet area has different breads, salads, and meals for customers to choose from.
The waiters are friendly and polite, but their English is poor! We drove over and the receptionist at the parking lot said we didn't need to pick up our luggage and it would be delivered to the room. The check-in wait was half an hour, and each customer was dealt with for more than 15 minutes, mainly due to communication issues. After waiting for two hours in the room, the luggage was nowhere to be seen. I checked in the lobby and was told that the waiter might not have delivered it to the room. The waiter said that he would check the CCTV now. Finally, he went to the car to take a look and found that it was in the trunk of the car.
I also stayed at lower-end hotels in Tokyo during this trip. Their front desk staff spoke excellent English and the reception was more efficient.
