The location is excellent. The room is very clean. I enjoy staying in this hotel. 

Decent business hotel next to Tsurumi station. Prices could be lower and rooms larger, but it is what it is.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was just within the station so it’s convenient to travel around. There are also a lot of shops around like pharmacy, convenience store and so on. They also have a lot of amenities in 3rd floor.

Great access to Haneda airport, city of Tokyo and Yokohama. Good location for a one night transiting.

The transportation is very convenient! Just turn right when you get out of the subway. The hotel is also very clean and not noisy at all. Breakfast was eaten at Starbucks and the portion was very generous. Very recommendable.

The location is very good, next to JR Tsurumi Station. The JR station is a big shopping mall, where you can eat, drink and shop. Check in by yourself, Chinese is available. Toiletries and skin care products are available at the front desk. Breakfast is at Starbucks next to it, 1200 yen for coffee and bread.

The room is large and conveniently located, right in front of JR Tsurumi Station, but very quiet. The room is fully equipped, and the service desk on the third floor has self-service coffee, as well as a variety of tea and toiletries, which is a very good experience.

The flight transferred to Narita Airport in the evening and arrived at almost ten o'clock. It was my first time staying at a JR East hotel and I was not familiar with the check-in machine. It was extremely painful to stay for five nights and eat for five days in a row. I was misled into booking breakfast for five days because the chef dressed as a chef appeared in the hotel breakfast photos uploaded on trip.com and mistakenly thought that the restaurant was attached to the hotel. Until one day, I met him at the counter. The Chinese-speaking staff reported to her that many people had complained, and other booking websites said that they cooperated with Starbucks. It seemed that trip.com misprinted it, which caused my wrong booking. I also had a section of the trip in downtown Tokyo that was also Jr. I hope East Japan Hotel won’t make any more mistakes.

People who are allergic to the smell of chemical fiber should choose carefully.

The room is not big but very clean. Although the hotel is not in the center of Yokohama, the price is much more affordable. It is only a 5-minute walk from Tsurumi Station. There are many restaurants around, which is very suitable for independent travel.
