ルームデザイン(特にトイレ別の洗い場付の浴室)とサイズ、ベッドサイズ、駅近のロケーション、アメニティのセレクションと自分で好みのものだけ取るシステム、と、大変快適でした。
フロントデスクの女性スタッフ達が以前に比べ気が利いているとは言えず一律的で、その点が残念でした。
