The hotel specifically the room I stayed in has the perfect view of the cosmos clock from the bed and bathtub. Very relaxing to watch the different colors of the clock at night. Service was great, room was clean. It was perfect.

The breakfast is expensive and less choice. The quality of foods is not good enough.
We booked 4 rooms but the air-condition in 2 rooms didn't work properly. It is very hot at night. I report to the front desk and the answer is "SORRY" only.

Stunning room - clean, and spacious with amazing views. The balcony and bath in particular were fantastic. I would maybe go a size up for our family (kids 13 and 10) as the luxury twin only has two semi-double beds etc but overall, a great experience and would love to stay again.

I feel so spoiled yo be upgraded to the bay club floor and the view was amazing. Overall, this room is spacious with a terrace. What I love the most is big TV in room that you can enjoy NETFLIX at night after a long day out. Thank you Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu for making our trip fabulous. I will definitely come back!

We are very happy with our stay. We have a balcony with the Bay views. It's very beautiful from morning to night. All staff are very pleasant, polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's close to 2 main stations and main tourist attractions.
