The front desk is on 10th floor in the building , it is not very convenient if you take many luggage. There’s airport buses to HND

My room faced the traffic so it was noisy when ambulance passed by. Air con was noisy after sometime too. Luckily the weather was cooling so I didn’t use it often. Senior staffs at the front desk were normally more helpful than others. Breakfast catered to mostly Asians so I had enjoyed it.

I love the location of this hotel, which is right above Shin-Yokohama station and on the 10th floor of a mall which houses usual popular stores like Uniqlo and Gu. Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out. There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below. Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)

The hotel's location is really convenient. Rooms are of decent size, nothing like the small hotel rooms one usually sees in Japan. Hotel staff are also very nice and responsive.

The transportation is very convenient, just above the Shinkansen. We stayed for three nights in a row, because the railway downstairs is well connected, and we can plan the surrounding itinerary around here. The hotel itself is located above the shopping mall, so you can go shopping and eat as much as you want. Uniqlo, GU, and BIC are tax-free if you spend more than 5,000 yen, which is very good. This is a Japanese hotel that I will stay in in the future. I think there is only one point of complaint. The breakfast area is not big and cramped, and there are not many options. The food pick-up area is located in the middle of the "big patio". Whenever you move the plate or something, the air will "ding-dong" and it looks a bit cheap. However, this should be a high-end express hotel. There will also be many Japanese people with large and small suitcases, and there will be many young Japanese couples with children on weekends. PS: There is no bottled water in the hotel room, but there are water dispensers and ice machines on each floor. There are also tea, coffee, juice, etc. on the 12th floor open to all guests staying in the hotel. For drinking, it must be super praised.
