The whole thing feels like a university dormitory, but each room is independent. Only the toilet and bathroom are shared. You need to invest 100 yen for hot water in the bathroom. It's okay. There is also a kitchen available.

Business trip. Stayed for a whole week. Overall: very down-to-earth. Very close to Chinatown. There are many Chinese shops around. Very close to JR Ishikawacho Station, about a ten-minute walk away.
