It was really clean, we got a non smoking room so it smelled really nice.

Nice hotel, think it's the only one I've been to in Japan that has a microwave in the room! Location wise it's great for exploring Chinatown and those wanting to go to a DeNA Baystars game. No complaints with comfort or cleanliness, ticks all the boxes you want for a hotel in Japan.

Hotel standard as common Japanese hotel, but location was superb. Only walking distance to tourist spot, such as chinatown (no worry for eat), temple in chinatown, gundam factory, etc. Photos shown surrounding areas to Gundam Factory

Well, life's been like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get! But hey, as long as we don't get any of those weird flavors like durian or licorice, we're good

I really liked its location, and the room was clean too. But we had to wait like 15mins for the staff to come our help us check in. I didn’t like the service but everything else was fine.

I stayed here to visit Yokohama Chinatown and Yamashita Park. The access mentioned above was easy and I was very satisfied. I think it's especially great for eating your way around Chinatown.

It's quite close to Yokohama Chinatown, so it's convenient. Check-out was also set to 12 noon on the app, so that was easy. However, the room cleaning and preparation are sloppy. In my case, even though I booked for two people, only one towel and toothbrush were prepared. Also, a cup ramen that must have been made by the previous guest was still in the microwave. Moreover, the soup and chopsticks were also in the empty container, so I couldn't understand why they would put it in there after eating. I took it to the front desk and explained the situation, and they apologized. I really hope that cleaning staff are careful. Things that you think wouldn't happen actually happen... So please check again after you're done. However, the person who puts trash in such a place is the one who is most at fault. So, I won't forgive that person.
