The sauna is great to relax after a long day. Everything is clean despite the many people going in and out. I had a good stay, and the location is convenient

I’m a foreign student in Japan whose Japanese skill isn’t good at all so I tried to talk to the staff in English but they still talked to me in Japanese in return, luckily, they talked and explained things slowly and clearly. The facilities are nice and clean. The capsules were wider than I thought it would so I could sleep in it comfortably. The free-size pajama that was provided in an amenity bag was so comfortable even though I didn’t think it would fit. The included breakfast was served in a cafe next to the hotel. They will give you a coupon as you check-in, so you just give it to the cashier and you can choose one set out of three.

Really nice capsule hostel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the amenities (onsen) clean. Location was in the middle of the city so you could reach everyhing within a few minutes and also close to the metro.

Really easy to get there from the subway station. The location is good because there are many places to eat and drink, it is also close to the Bus terminal in case you are planing to take a night bus to another city. Department Stores and PKM center also around the area. The Capsules are wide and clean, you have TV, headphones, light, etc. You also get pajamas, which are soft and big. They give you a locker witha key, you can sotre your shoes, bag, etc you need for the day, and also you have a room to store your big bags. The brathroom were clean, and also they have separate room with mirrors next to the locker rooms for you to shave, do makeup, etc you need. The sauna and showers are located in the 1st floor, you get a big and a small towel. Inside you can find shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc. Finally, check out is really easy and they let you keep your bags in the sotrage room after check out, but i would recomend to ask for how long they can keep them. I defenitively recommend this place for short or long stay.

The hotel was pretty good such that it had a really decent spa and sauna for guests to use. Also the hotel was really close to JR Yokohama Station, so it was really convenient to reach. However, the service was slightly embarrassing such that I had to check out of my room every morning for the staff to clean the room.

Good location

This is my first time staying in a capsule hotel. Although the space is small, it is quite clean. And the amount of money comes with a breakfast coupon, which is actually quite good. If I travel alone in Japan next time, I will still stay in a capsule hotel.

I stayed here while traveling The room was clean, and it was nice to be able to watch TV and have a sauna It was convenient because there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby There was a laundry room, but it was old and one of the rooms was unusable It looked like it had been newly renovated, but the old parts were noticeably dusty and I was concerned about hygiene It may have been unavoidable because there was a typhoon the next day, but all the toilets had no water in the morning, making it difficult to use

Bed for one person with TV! If you stay consecutively, you need to leave the room between 10:00-14:00, and you cannot sleep later. Everything else is an advantage.

It's surprisingly clean. People who are 170cm tall may feel that the space is a little small, but it's spacious for short people... You can experience it... It's very close to the subway station, and there's a small river between the downtown area and the city, so it's quiet in the bustling area.

It was my first time staying in a similar accommodation in Japan. I felt very good. The bed was clean, the shower area was clean, the supporting facilities were complete, and bath towels and pajamas were provided, which were changed every day. The entire check-in and check-out process was very efficient and complete. The process maker was very good. The only thing was that I would be woken up by the sound of birds every day.
