very good location and very good price! Less than one hour to Tokyo by train. And a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

It was near to the station and comfortable.

The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay: 1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about? 2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

Nice clean hotel, but the staff were a let down. Unwilling to go the extra mile to help out customers.

Because the price is very cheap, there are minimum facilities, but the hotel policy that does not allow luggage storage after check-out was notified to me until check-out, which is really a headache...

The hotel is divided into smoking and non-smoking rooms. Because there is no sign indicating non-smoking, the hotel has given smoking rooms, which feels uncomfortable. Remember, if you are a non-smoker, remember to mark the non-smoking room! The bathroom is traditional, which is convenient for taking a bath. The toilet wash basin and bathroom are separated, making it convenient for a family to stay. 

The room is quite small, barely enough for one person. The waiter will not take the initiative to clean for you, and you need to put a magnetic sign outside the door (please clean). The door lock is a password lock. It will not lock automatically after closing the door. You need to press a button with a key pattern to lock it after going out. This must be paid attention to. It is very convenient to take a bus and eat in the surrounding area. Opposite is a Chinese restaurant called Qingfeng Restaurant. It is a couple from Zhejiang. The people are very enthusiastic. We wanted to drink some Chinese liquor, and the eldest sister took her son's stock and gave it to us for free. The dishes cooked by her family taste pretty good. There are also chicken skewers restaurants, izakayas and so on.

It's closer to the tram stop than I thought. There is a convenience store nearby, There was only one washing machine, so I had to go to the laundry outside when I couldn't wait. No luggage storage is allowed upon check out. . . To be honest, it's a bit too harsh, but I won't say anything about other people's rules.

The room was not cleaned properly, and there was hair from a previous guest. The mirrors were covered in water stains.

The rooms in Japan are small, but they are well equipped and clean. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and pajamas in the room. There is a bathtub in such a small bathroom🛁. The overall service is good. When I checked in, the guy at the front desk was an Indian. I couldn't understand his English very well, but I roughly understood what he meant.

The facilities are sufficient, and Chinatown, Noge, and Isezaki are all within walking distance. The price was reasonable, and I had a really comfortable day traveling! It was surprisingly quiet at night, so I was able to sleep well and couldn't hear any noise in the hallway. However, there was only one coin laundry, which was not enough for the number of rooms, so it was a bit of a downside.

The room and the facilities were neither good nor bad. However, I knew that check-in was from 3pm, but I arrived a little early, so when I entered the hotel There were two employees at the front desk, but they didn't greet me at all, and even when we made eye contact they didn't say anything, so I asked if I should just wait there, and they finally showed me around. I felt sorry for arriving early, but I wasn't happy that they didn't greet me. I thought they should have at least said "Welcome, hello, please wait a while." I'm sorry if it was before work hours, but if they were standing at the front desk in their uniforms... I thought they should have just locked the entrance if they didn't want to deal with the situation. I felt uncomfortable from the start, and it was a shame. Other than that, there's nothing in particular.
