Great location, easy access, lawson next door to the hotel, the size of the room for one stay, and there is also a gym and spa facilities, and the front desk is very polite

I stayed here for a concert at Yokohama Arena, and wanted to leave my luggage there, so I arrived an hour before check-in, but they kindly allowed me to check in early.

The room is very old. The breakfast is not worth it. Many staple foods and side dishes are specially divided into small plates. You are given a large plate, which can't hold so many things at once. I wanted to borrow a small spoon 🥄, chopsticks 🥢 in the evening, but there was nothing. Let me make it clear that our hotel does not provide this kind of service. The words were completely sarcastic.

Didn’t know that I have to pay extra for the On Zen from the booking information. A bit old hotel n a bit far away from airport.

I made a reservation to go to an event at Yokohama Arena. I booked because I was attracted by the large public bath, but I ended up not being able to use it due to the timing of the event and the fact that there was no morning bath (tears) I was glad it was close to Shin-Yokohama Station.
