Fuji View Hotel Shin-Yokohama Reviews

Hotel was great, Comfortable bed. Good sized room. Breakfast won't win any awards but was serviceable. Ate one time at the Chinese restaurant, food portion for price was ridiculous. Was supposed to feed 3/4 people, I left feeling hungry. Staff were very apologetic.. Either drop your prices of increase your portion size. Sweet and sour pork (which wasn't great) with 6 pieces of pork for 2000yen.

The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful lounge. The staff is friendly and speak some English. It was convenient to use the luggage storage during the day. The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel, but it was fine for one person. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for passing through.

The location is excellent, very near the station. Many restaurants nearby. I booked twin bedroom, the room itself seems old but enough space for 2 persons. The front receptionist very polite and helpfull. Coin laundry only has 2 machines and dryer cannot dry well due to dust stuck in the filter and not cleaned.

Great for my family of 5. There were 4 beds so I shared with my son who was 6. There was a room divider so the girls could change in private. Separate shower room. Separate toilet room. Separate sink room. Loved it.

It was old and there were some things that bothered me, but the room was easy to use and the value for money was great. I would like to stay again if the accommodation fee is the same.

There was a hot spring, so I was able to relax. It was on the 4th floor, so the location was almost nonexistent, but if you're just staying overnight and don't need anything else, I think it's a good place to stay for this price.

The TV doesn't show BS. The front desk staff is arrogant. They use harsh language. They can't even extend the check-out time by an hour.

Conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. The room has an orthodox feel. There is a large hot spring bath, so I would like to take a bath next time.

I used it after a concert at Yokohama Arena. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the venue, and it was great that it was close to the station! There was also a convenience store next to the hotel, which was convenient.

Hotel hot springs need to buy additional tickets, there are bubble pools, and women have rock baths The room is well-equipped, and the slippers are not disposable, but are equipped with disposable paper insoles. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious.
