We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Yokohama. Staff is very nice and helpful. It was a pity that the hotel did not give us an upgrade as we booked Premium room for 4 nights and deluxe room for 1 night. Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and the room is spacious. The people and services there are very friendly and welcoming.

The rain fall shower did not work. The sun blind did not work. The staff gave me wifi password that doesn't work.

Everything was high quality especially the room cleanliness and amenities. It was outstanding! The only negative was that there was no free wifi service in the room, even though we pay a lot of money. Also some of the staff members at the reception had no smiles or warm welcoming atmosphere when we checked in. Everyone seemed so busy looking down at the PC that they weren’t vigilant at welcoming guests passing through the reception area. A warm, hearty smile would make a big difference at a hotel like the Hilton.

This place is superb. Brand spanking new. The rooms are huge even by American standards with everything you would expect. The architectural genteel classy nature belies the newness of the hotel. Yes we can still make nice things! It's a little walk to the Yokohama train station but easy really. And tons of great restaurants and services in that station. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Close to the K-ARENA concert venue, it only takes 3 minutes to arrive There is also a small mall within 5 minutes, so you don’t have to worry about not having anything to eat nearby. After the show, you can go back to the hotel through the special passage provided by the hotel, so you don’t have to squeeze in with other people. Breakfast is rich in variety and full of recommended foods

The entire area of ​​Yokohama is brand new, with modern planning, complete business and supporting facilities, and the travel also has the chill feeling of a seaside city. Hilton is close to the Anpanman Museum, just a stone's throw away, and is a good choice for family destinations. The room facilities reflect the chain star level and are worth staying in.

The room is spacious and bright, and the location is OK. There were bites on my calf in the room, and I reported it to the waiter but nothing happened. The hotel's breakfast deadline is 10:00, but I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant at 9:40. This is the only time I encountered a hotel that did not allow me to eat before the deadline.
