Everything was perfect. I overlooked the lack of a bathtub when I made a reservation, and I misunderstood that there was a bathtub because I had a photo of the sister hotel that seems to be a related facility, so I checked in only for a shower. I was a little disappointed after I learned it, but as a result there was no problem at all. I had a really comfortable time. Family ５ People ３ Night ４ Days spent almost in the hotel. The kitchen utensils were also substantial and easy to use, and the washing machine and dryer were incorporated into the housework flow line, which was an arrangement that could not be done in Japanese houses, but it was epoch-making and very easy to use. I thought it was a foreign-affiliated hotel, but I was surprised that a domestic corporation was operating. It was comfortable that there was no front desk and I was able to check in and check out without any contact with people.

It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

It was a new hotel, so it was very clean and nice. The location was also good as it was close to American Village and Aeon Mall Rycom. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was tasty enough. Overall, it was a good value hotel.

Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. Nice view, great customer service and other services including rental car, shuttle bus between airport and the hotel, rides between its parking lots and the hotel , and 12pm check out time. There was mold on the bathroom wall, moss on pool side wall and roof of pool room looked old with black stains . I heard people talking on the hallway very clearly from a room so I was careful being quiet walking with my kids on the hallway. 
The elevator closes quickly and no motion detect sensor so had to be careful. When my kids got off from the elevator before me, the door closed when I tried to get off. I pressed the “open” button but it didn’t work and took me to another floor level…fortunately, my kids were still waiting for me when I went back to them.
There wasn’t much Okinawan dish in the Buffet except breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were same menus. Driving street by the hotel isn’t easy for beginner drivers….streets are narrow and many blinds spot. Be careful driving around the neighbourhood. However, customers service was outstanding, and it was all good experience with the reasonable price. In addition, it was hard to get taxis in rural areas in Okinawa. It seems they have cut off numbers of taxis since Covid has happened. Staffs by the front door can help for calling taxes if you are riding from hotel.
