Not to mention the public areas like the lobby and stairs are covered with dust, as if they haven't been cleaned for a long time. Are you sure the room is newly renovated this year? There is a stale smell everywhere. How did Ctrip pass the review? ! The most indescribable thing is the peculiar smell in the room, which can't be dissipated even if the door is opened.
