一家四口，兩個未成年的。到達酒店已經黑了，好巧酒店停車場還有個車位。但前台服務人員plp很不友好，讓我把車開出去，找別的停車場。説酒店門口的車位是等待區，我就問她車位上停的是入住酒店客人的車嗎？回答yes ，我為什麼 不能停？ 後來給我房卡，説出門左轉。我懵了，酒店沒有服務生嗎？，兩個未成年的孩子和行李，我告訴她我需要服務生拿行李帶我去房間。ok，來了一個女的，身材不高，人很熱情，幫我和前台説了，車子繼續停在酒店。她又叫來一個男服務生幫我拿行李，很熱心幫助我們，給了他們每人20鎊的小費。

Stayed here one night was quite disappointed with the standard considering it is a Hilton hotel.
The room was very cold when I rang reception the lady was very helpful and got a portable heater and an extra duvet for the night. The floor above you could hear people walking about, also the room I stayed in was right next to the busy road so got woken up very early by loud lorries passing.
I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Stayed for 2 night. Excellent location.Attic room could do with refurbishing we had no heating but electric radiator provided. Room was very dark with only a tiny window. Breakfast choice was good but hot food sadly cold and unappealing.Very overpriced stay

The location of the hotel is super good! Right in the center of York's old town, you can see the old city wall from the breakfast location! Like it or not, as a girl going out alone, safety comes first, Hilton Hotel is definitely a good choice! Service, location and price are all satisfactory choices for me
