The location is a bit remote. But York is small. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center. It is very close to the train station. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is good. The sanitary conditions are excellent

Would definitely come back! Good location, walkable distance from station and city centre! You can rent towels from reception, which was really helpful for me. Bar open till 23h and good prices!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Warm atmosphere. Open kitchen with adequate utensils. You can cook your own egg if you like. I felt at home. Nice lounge. Dormitory type but comfortable sheets/bed.
