Fantastic property in a perfect location – a quiet spot on the river, away from the crowds but a short walk to the city centre.

Clean and modern. The hotel is next to a river and is a short walk to the city centre.

Room is not so clean and a bit of dusty. We found some spider web around the windows.

Great location and has parking that is a bonus. Room was well appointed. Only gripe is no water in the room and cleanliness not the greatest. Has a skylight above the bed that was full of cobwebs Apart from that team very bubbly and would stay again

It is very great experience for living in this cozy and nice hotel. I would like to choose this hotel for next time.

Riverside — very quiet I really like the balcony You can have some fresh air.

The room is quite big, clean and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped (although we didn't use it). It's a bit far from the city, but York is not big, so it's acceptable.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the train station, and everything else is okay.

It is by the river, with nice views, quiet surroundings, clean and spacious rooms, and complete kitchenware for cooking. Except for being a little far from the train station, everything else is good. However, York itself is not big and everything can be reached on foot.

The room is great. I booked a duplex room. The overall feeling is very comfortable and warm. The facilities are quite complete. It is very cost-effective in the UK and the comfort is also very good. The location of the hotel is also very close to the city center. It is very cozy by the lake. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic. At the beginning, I was a little dissatisfied with our room. So I gave them some suggestions, and then I upgraded to a duplex room for free. It is highly recommended!

Rubbish. I booked two rooms but the sheets and quilts were not changed. There were hairs on the bed and traces of cosmetics from previous customers on the quilt. Be careful and check the hygiene conditions before entering the room.

The room faces the river and the scenery is beautiful. You can also see athletes training for rowing. Happy stay

The hotel as a whole makes people feel very comfortable. The block is by the river. It only takes about five minutes to walk to the York Eye. There is a self-service breakfast and coffee machine
