離土林景區近、乾淨整潔、價格偏高、附近沒有其他酒店衹此一家。

房間設施是老舊了點，但勝在離景區超級近，上個台階就到了。。。而且憑房間鑰匙還可以連續兩天進出景區，方便拍日出日落。。

土林賓館整個環境還是比較好的，就在景區裡邊。第二天到景區非常方便。房間的設施佈局比較比陳舊，提供的飲用水也不怎麼樣。
總之，整個酒店的內部裝潢設施有點年久失修的味道。
