前台接待小姐姐和小哥很熱情，頭一天晚上我們到的晚，還主動電話聯繫，讓我們路上注意安全，服務很貼心。房間內的電視機是真的可以看！很多電視劇和電影可以選擇。房間內配的水和方便麪會明確告知是免費的，走廊上也放了很多免費的水，很為住客考慮！入住的時候有入住禮品，每天還有免費水果，都很好吃。離開的時候也送了小零食，服務真的很貼心。唯一遺憾的就是入住的時候光顧着享受了沒拍多少照片。（ps：早餐的豬油拌粉特別特別好吃😋

酒店各方面服務超預期，交通出行也很方便！服務超級温馨，比如小孩臨時要打印資料前台特別有耐心的接待並分類裝訂好，因為臨時要出去玩，衣服要清洗酒店幫忙洗曬烘好直接掛房間！後來發現這衣服有點破了居然留了紙條説是縫補好了，讓人特別貼心。還有各種小細節都非常到位！如果今後還有機會來岳陽一定會再次入住這家酒店。

房間環境好，周邊交通便利。最值得要説的是酒店的服務超乎預期的好，入住有伴手禮、每天房間水果，沒想到在退房的時候居然又送了伴手禮並且還給小朋友送了玩具。下次還會再繼續入住並且還要給朋友們推薦！還有感謝酒店給小朋友送的雲南白葯👍
