十分不好的一個體驗 酒店在一個島上 出行前電話諮詢可否帶寵物 回答可以 再問寵物可否上輪渡 回答是要放在籠子裏或者箱子裏 後預訂酒店 等我到了輪渡碼頭 被告知寵物不能上輪渡 店家所謂放在箱子裏的意思是把狗裝進箱子搬到船上 偷偷的把狗裝到船上 我家狗是個拉布拉多 70多斤 不可能放進箱子 衹能放棄 退訂 結果店家不給退 電話聯繫的人説自己不是老闆也沒辦法 衹能反饋攜程 半小時後攜程回電話説老闆電話不接 讓我繼續等 又過了一個多小時攜程來電 説是協商未果 攜程替我墊付了費用 店家老闆真是想錢想瘋了 自己未告知清楚寵物的問題 還堅決不退款 我是服了 要預訂的 等你們上了船再定 定完了想退那是不可能的 攜程也提示這家商家協商退房成功概率極低 各位朋友切記切記 遇到這種格局的老闆相比服務也不會好到哪裡 想預訂的三思
