Big shoutout to 小钟 for the great service! Check in was really smooth and seamless. Touched down at 12pm-ish and he was kind to allow us to check in early. Room was clean and bathtub was huge! Really love the lunch at the international restaurant. Do try their 小锅米线。 however this hotel is not located near the 古镇。It takes around 20 mins to head to the 古镇， but it is convenient with didi.

We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

The last stop of the trip to Lijiang, highly recommended!!! Location: next to Longnu Lake, deep in Yuhu Village Food: Recommended!!! The mushroom chicken hotpot is super delicious, with mushrooms, ham, black chicken, super delicious, and the single-order Naxi barbecue is fragrant and crispy! The rice noodles for breakfast are super delicious! The unlimited fruit, milk tea, beer, and various wines brewed by the boss are all good! Decoration: very design-oriented, very tasteful, book bar, tea room, handicraft workshop, and ethnic art collected by the boss himself! Room: The whole house is smart, Marshall speakers, Smeg kettles, and hand sanitizers are praised by Aesop! Service: The staff of the homestay are a very cute group of brothers and sisters, very meticulous and thoughtful! The atmosphere of the bonfire party in the evening is super good for everyone to sing and drink together, and the guests are also very loving! I booked a 20-minute horseback ride around Longnu Lake, which is very interesting, and I can also hold a lamb! Finally, they drove us to Lijiang Airport for more than an hour. Thank you so much! The most satisfying accommodation during the entire trip to Lijiang!

The welcome fruit plate is so healthy and delicious . We were surprised by the spectacular view of YuLong Snow Mountain right in front of the room. The room is so spacious that we laid down two large and one small luggage without any movement issue. Also not to mention about interior design is so cosy and comfortable. Instant hot water during shower, sufficient number of power socket, smart toilet bowl and self service free laundry machines were available for our need. This hotel also serve healthy, balance diet and Yunan caffe for breakfast. We thank you to front desk manager, Miss Xiao for her best efforts and arrangements. This is the best hotel in Lijiang that we stay so far. I strongly recommend to visitor that plan to have a short stay in Lijiang and wanted to go other places in the next morning.

Excellent service and location. We purposely pick hotel at DongBaGu to be able to see the sunrise shining on YuLong mountain. We can see the gold mountain from the dining area. We are grateful that the hotel helped us to upgrade our rooms to rooms with balcony. We even have a free photoshoot for each room, welcome tea ceremony, night star glazing, and dyeing experience to enjoy. The most importantly, we have to allocate enoguh time to experience all these facilities. Front desk Xiao Li is very helpful. As we do not have wechat pay to book for the cable car ticket to get up to YuLong mountain, she helped us to do the booking, and even teach us how and when to go there. Overall it is peaceful and nice hotel to stay at.

I have been to Lijiang several times. This time I came to the hotel specifically for Wenhai. The beauty of this place is as shown in the picture ~ Snow-capped mountains, Wenhai, and even those few dead trees are a painting. The housekeeping team is extremely professional. They arranged a free car to pick up at the airport in advance. Check-in was processed on the first day of the ***** New Year. Free afternoon tea and highland barley tea experiences were arranged one by one. Dinner was also unexpectedly delicious. There were various drinks and fruits at the bar. The variety is rich. The service staff in the store is very good-looking. Even the children are very hospitable and cute. Blood bird's nest soup was delivered before bedtime. The breakfast rice noodles are invincible and delicious. Because it snowed in the seams, the first floor is heated, and the second floor has heating equipment and water heated beds. They also sent fairy wands to play with at night. I think the feeling of paradise here needs to be experienced in person~

This is my fourth time in Lijiang. This is a very good design collection hotel. Each room has a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. The fruits, drinks and pastries in the room are exquisite. The hotel shop has its own cultural and creative products, as well as selected beautiful things. The coffee shop has good products. The most unexpected thing is that I encountered the works of masters in the coffee shop. At that time, I really wanted to send a photo to Master Ku. The housekeeper is very considerate, the communication is smooth, and he will answer all questions and even respond to all requests. Hearing that we were going to the snow-capped mountains early in the morning, he specially prepared breakfast and oxygen cylinders! The pick-up service is not an ordinary online car-hailing service, but a well-trained staff! During the Spring Festival, hand-made, sound therapy and other projects were not open because the teacher went home for the New Year. Looking at the utensils, we can judge that the quality is also good. The geographical location here is beautiful in all seasons!

The bed is big, and can accommodate two adults and two children. The photos were taken at the hotel. You can see the sunrise over Jinshan Mountain when you wake up. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. The afternoon tea with fresh fruits and delicious coffee is delicious. The good night drink is also delicious. Two oxygen tanks are also given. The only thing is that the horse riding is too perfunctory. The one given is 100 yuan, but the hat and vest are not worn. It feels like it took less than five minutes to go around. The one bought separately for 100 yuan is better. The equipment is well equipped and you can go around a big circle and stop to take pictures. The pick-up and drop-off at Baisha Ancient Town can be a little more humane. The recommended restaurant is far away. In fact, there was no traffic jam on the day we were there, but we only got on and off at the pick-up point. We walked all the way there. It was empty and tiring.

I recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

The Amize Camp next to it has beautiful scenery, including sacred trees, snow-capped mountains, lakes, and coffee in the camp. It is a good place to spend half a day leisurely. Go straight out of the hotel for one kilometer and turn left to a small road. Drive a few hundred meters in. If the weather is good, you can see the golden mountain in the sun. You don’t have to go to the entrance of the Dongba Valley Scenic Area, which is seriously congested. The shooting effect is similar. The key is that there is no one. The hotel is close to Baisha Ancient Town, Yuhu Village, and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and it is convenient to drive by yourself; you can go to Baisha Ancient Town for shopping and eating, which is very convenient; the hotel environment is beyond expectations and worth recommending!
