上次居住體驗非常好，第二次來住。雖然小汪管家不是這次的聯繫人，但還是非常熱情，問候加歡迎小食，依舊是非常貼心。酒店體驗一如既往地好。值得推薦，下次還來。

酒店目前還處於改造修建階段，進口出開始就開始到處是工地，一些宣傳的項目都沒有開放或者完成。內部環境衹能説是一個較好的園林建築，沒有太多的驚艷之處，做為一個度假休閑酒店，缺少了基本的活動處所，沒有泳池、健身房等；最讓人不滿意的是餐飲，做出來的東西難吃，而且價格還貴，餐廳的服務也不盡人意。唯一讓人感覺到的是接送接駁車司機小妹妹，還是非常友好和熱情的，以及管家小陳在入住期間提供了不錯的幫助。

已經是第三次住觀堂酒店了，這家餘姚陽明觀堂也是小橋流水古色古香的江南風格建築，還有三座從金華搬來的古建，環境一流。房間設施一應俱全，早餐和服務也都不錯，略有不足的是園區內接駁車響應時間稍長，門口目前還在施工，但總體還是瑕不掩瑜。有機會下次再來。

房間設施很新，房間也很大，規劃佈局合理，環境很好，中式別墅房型一步一景，還有一些老的建築修繕的也非常好，值得觀賞，前台給升級了房型，管家服務很好，酒店早餐品種選擇多樣，小邱服務到位，菜品質量不錯。總體住宿體驗很好，值得推薦。
