Hotel sul lungomare a due passi dalla "movida" della città con di fronte un utile parcheggio pubblico. Attraversando la strada, c'è una spiaggetta di sassi con doccia dove fare il bagno quando non ci si vuole spostare. La struttura non è molto grande, 3 piani con ascensore, ma le stanze sono ampie con letti comodi. Ottima variegata e abbondante la colazione con due ragazze al servizio gentilissime, che ringrazio ancora. In generale, tutto il personale dell'hotel è risultato molto disponibile e gentile e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ci ritornerei

Due to our flight home being cancelled due to the recent IT outage, we found ourselves placed in this hotel for a couple of nights. Fabulous rooms and great breakfast. All the staff we encountered were really really nice but a special shout-out needs to be given to Angelika who was so very helpful to us throughout what was quite a stressful time. She helped us secure the second night's stay and found somewhere for us to stay the third night.

Fantastisch hotel. Centraal in Zakynthos stad. Mooie kamer, elke dag schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Bedden en kussens goed. Personeel aardig en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt. Enig minpuntje klein balkon met slechte stoelen. Zeker een aanrader.

First of all, a big thank you to the hotel staff. Listening, very friendly, accommodating, a keen sense of hospitality. The advantages that make the difference? Room service, aesthetics down to the smallest detail (room, common areas of the hotel). We spent 6 nights in the normal room which was superb. The last night, we took the suite which was exceptional: the view is magnificent, the terrace superb, the bed very comfortable, whirlpool bath, large mirrors. I highly recommend the suite which in terms of price/service is more than honest! Thanks again to the Bitzaro boutique team! xx ++++ THE LOCATION!!! very dynamic city center - many trendy / intimate / atmospheric restaurants

Very nice and small hotel All personal is very friendly and you can see how eant to help you in any situation The food was very good in the morning and mixed. Hotel is not old With new tehnology usb and a aplication on the phone for easy comunication. It is very close the beach , in few steps you are in water All the restaurant and the port/ harbour is nearby
