態度極差。我住店第二天晚回來，發現保潔阿姨打掃完衞生沒關門，我所有的東西就大剌剌的癱在明麪一整天。到前台去詢問，前台很不耐煩的回了一句我們保潔就愛不關門，你少找事。還好沒有留貴重物品在屋裡，不然真的要報警。
房間門鎖是壞的，連住不補牙刷拖鞋等日用品。

房間衞生、佈局都挺好的，考研定了兩天，空調壞了，房間特別冷，修空調工作人員來不了，老闆給拿了熱吹風和一床被子，但房間還是非常冷，夜裡凍發燒了去考試，於是退了一天，換了酒店。母親陪考，一晚上也沒休息好，沒想到第二天早上九點就來催母親退房，説是有客人定了這間房。酒店正常離店時間十二點之前，入住兩點後，沒空調凍的發燒就不説了，客人都沒休息好呢沒到離店時間就急忙忙的催退房？入住體驗有史以來最差的一次。
