El hotel está bastante dejado, las habitación que nos tocó tenía vistas a un muro. El agua caliente era intermitente con lo que es bastante incómodo darse una ducha. Además que el parking tiene un precio de 17€. Para ser un 4 estrellas deja bastante que desear. Además es bastante ruidoso

Cuando no te queda más remedio que acabar en este hotel porque la oferta hostelera de Zaragoza es complicada, los hoteles del centro no tienen parking propio, plaza esta fuera de rango ciudad, el hotel zentral ave que tiene las toallas limpias con la basura en la parte de atras. Te quedan tres opciones para ir con coche que son petronila, ilunion y el hiberus fin. Cada uno con sus desgracias y estrellas regaladas. Huele fatal, la moqueta llena de mierda, las sabanas dan asco de pelos, pisadas y manchas, almohadas negras, baño lleno de pelos y olor a balleta sucia. Por desgracia comprobado de varias ocasiones que no me ha quedado más remedio que venir aquí. Los ascensores ya viejos en 2008 sin actualizar, ruidosos y lentos. Instalaciones se caen. Pero lo peor la limpieza es inexistente. Lo mejor comunicación sin estar en el casco, con parking. Hay que ir mentalizados de la moqueta con olor a suciedad. Cama extremadamente incomoda, me ha generado torticulis y pasas de calor a frío sin sentido. El baño es un desproposito en si mismo. Espero que este comentario no se borre... Y le sirva al hotel para tomar medidas si es que a alguien le interesa. 2*

Es un sitio asqueroso, por desgracia tenía aue dormir para seguir conduciendo. Desde el año 2008 que se hizo no han tocado nada. Lo peor lo que algún comentario decía, el insoportable olor asqueroso y suciedad de las moquetas rancias llenas de polvo y mierda. Es de lo mas asquero que hemos visto en hoteles. Una de las camas con pisadas de zapato además de pelo dentro. El baño... Pasado rápido la balleta y gracias. El wc no puede acceder nadie independientemente de la envergadura de cada uno, es ridículo tiene 40 cm de acceso y abajo había pelos enganchados en la bisagra. Realmente lo peor el olor de la moqueta durmiendo constante. Si no te queda más remedio duermes y te vas. En el hotel al salir olía a epoxy que no se podía respirar. El parking lo mejor, fácil acceso.

buenos dias el hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, huele mal. las habitaciones no tienen balcon ni siquiera una cafetera para tomarte un cafe, ni gimnasi, la culpa es mia das por echo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas hay servicios que son imprescidibkes, no volvere jamas , las alfombras de la habitacion sicias ni siquiera haciendo la reserva que vamos 4 adultos nos han puesto la habitacion al lado , digo 4 adultos por que mis hijos tienen 12 y 15 años . en fin no lo recomiendo a nadie .

Hotel is remote and far from everywhere, very impersonal, huge space on ground floor, endless corridors to get to rooms. Room is basic and 12sqm have little toiletries, toilets is a closet inside the bathroom, the shower with a glass wall is great. Rooms are carpeted, but looked clean, however its a hazard in general. The room has a double door, makes it very soundproof. Breakfast was good, service at reception is friendly, but sometime slow. Albeit not bad, it is unpersonnal and unpractical location, breakfast was OK, but not spectacular. Good place for 1 night, but better stay in the city if possible

El hotel en sí no está mal, el staff es amable y la zona de la piscina es muy agradable.
Desgraciadamente según nos explicaron amablemente, tiene una política por la cual a partir del check out "ya no eres cliente del hotel", y no nos permitieron pasar unas horas más en la piscina hasta la salida de nuestro tren por la tarde, aunque paradójicamente sí dejar dos mochilas en consigna.
La verdad nunca me había pasado en ningún otro hotel y me ha dejado un poco mal sabor de boca. Una lástima
