The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00
And no wifi in the rooms

Nice pool and beach.

Personnel top et très réactif très gentil. Super piscine et talaso. La plage et bien l eau bien chaude Le bémol la cuisine hyper répétitif de jour en jour. Et de qualités minimal fruit plus que mûre ou pas mûre . Et ont ne parle pas des frites... mais la purée est bonne

Super animacje, 👍👍👍👍Mirou, Mario, Amin,Tygana Małek yousef tchithou Kimo cudownie prowadzą animacje, zawsze uśmiechnięci i pomocni,🤩🤩🤩, naprawdę miło spędzony czas, polecam ten hotel, chętnie wrócimy jeszcze raz. Animacje w ciągu dnia oraz wieczorne bardzo dobrze prowadzone.

I was there for 5 days. It wasn’t bad but I feel 3* is maximum I could give to this hotel. I feel like everything needs some renovation or at least deep cleaning. The staff was not really attentive, I felt quite…anonymous, if you know what I mean. I had an impression French people were having the most attention and care from staff. During my 5 days stay there was at least one time when I went to a dinner and I could not find a place to sit, I was walking around with my plates and no one cared about this, even if the waiters saw me looking for a table. Food was okay for me, most of it was quite tasty, I was not hungry. But margarine instead of butter... I’d expect more. The real highlight of my day was melon served during lunch time - it was the best melon I’ve ate ever. Room was okay, furniture could be newer, everything could be cleaner. But it wasn’t the worst. The beach was nice but I feel like it was dirty, I’m not sure what was that but I think there was w lot of camel poop in the sand. Sunbeds should be changed for sure. AC was working but it was not the strongest. All in all, I’d like to come back to Tunisia but for sure I’d look for a better hotel.

Sadly I have very few good things to say about this hotel. A faulty door lock required us to ask for the management to open the door six times. It took the bellboy a little time to fiddle with the lock to enter each time. He was pleasant despite accompanying us several times to unlock it. Breakfast was ordinary to say the least- like a low budget hotel. I pitied the people with all inclusive meals. I had one beer - it was flat! Paid wifi?? 40 euro for a week - Seriously that deal died years ago. The pool and the location were nice - the saving grace

Najgorszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłam + basen +bliskość do morza +animatorzy: siatkówka, piłka ręczna, aerobik i tańce codziennie +recepcja:sympatyczna, bardzo pomocna, zameldowali nas szybciej, zawsze służą pomocą -pokój: mrówki, brak sejfu, problem z kluczem, musieliśmy się upominać o PAPIER TOALETOWY (nie pytajcie jak przeżyliśmy wieczór i poranek bez), a żel do mycia dostaliśmy tylko pierwszego dnia, prosiliśmy sprzątaczki ale ostatecznie w ciągu tygodnia ani razu go nie dostaliśmy .. któregoś dnia wyrzuciło światło,klimatyzację i nawet wodę (skwitowane przez recepcję jako "no nie ma w całym hotelu" i tyle) - jedzenie: monotonne, mały wybór, po frytki z zegarkiem staliśmy 14 minut (a do mięsa oddzielna, taka sama kolejka 😉 ) -restauracja: stoliki brudne, samemu trzeba szukać sztućców; często brakuje podstawowych rzeczy pokroju widelce, cola czy whisky -bar- brak drinków, do wyboru whisky/wódka/gin z napojem gazowanym lub sokiem XD -brak wody butelkowanej, gdy próbowaliśmy napełnić wielorazówkę w restauracji byliśmy pouczani, że woda jest tylko na szklanki (btw o pojemności 150ml) lub do kupienia w sklepie:)))) -otoczenie: wokół hotelu zupełnie nic nie ma, nawet innych hoteli w pobliżu

Hôtel annoncé 4 étoiles mais il n’en est rien !! - la nourriture est médiocre et pas variée - les chambres sont catastrophiques que ce soit les matelas ou l’hygiène c’est 0 sans parler de l’odeur - pas de climatisation - la réception, aucun professionnalisme, ils ne sont pas souriants ni arrangeants et arrogants ! Ne vous fiez pas aux avis et à la notation, je ne suis pourtant pas difficile mais là … y a du level. Et tripadvisor je n’ai plus confiance en vous non plus ca vaut loin de 4 étoiles. Fiez vous aux avis google.

Hotel pięknie położony przy samej plaży, po przyjeździe widać sznyt francuski. Pokoje hotelowe czyste, panie sprzątające bardzo się starały żebyśmy byli zadowoleni. Warto zostawić jakiś tip za ładnie posprzątany pokój. Internet w lobby ale chyba każdy zaopatruje się w kartę SIM i nie jest to problemem. Na lotnisku 100 GB za 25 euro. Basen zadbany, całkiem duży, mogłam spokojnie popływać. Animatorzy na medal, super prowadzony AquaGim czy Waterpolo!!! Wieczorem dyskoteka dla maluszków i nawet jak było jedno dziecko animatorzy się z nim świetnie bawili. Plaża czysta zawsze dostępne leżaki i bardzo pomocny pan z ochrony. Jedzenie smaczne, codziennie dodatkowo było coś nowego, reszta normalny bufet. Kawa z ekspresu więc git, trzy rodzaje wina czy piwko też dobre. Alkohole jak to w hotelu rozwodnione ale patrząc na ilość spożycia lepiej tak bo trup by się ścielił codziennie 😁😁😁 taksówka do miasta Zarzis za 10 dinarów. Po mieście jak i okolicy można się bez problemu poruszać, dzieciaki i ludzie pozdrawiali nas, machali do nas, byli bardzo życzliwi. Wycieczki na Saharę i Djerbe miałam z tunezja.turist i były świetne. Sahara to cud 😍 ogólnie pobyt świetny, bezpieczny i z mnóstwem zabawy. Polecam 👍
