The hotel is relatively far from the train station. The hotel had changed the confirmation number before arrival, so we waited about half an hour before entering after we had call them by phone because it was slef check in. We found pure bath soap and there was no one in the hotel to ask.

Dieses entzückende Hotel verbreitet romantische Stimmung und es fühlt sich sehr heimisch an. Das Personal, Frau Gabi ist beim Frühstücken ein Sonnenschein, und Frau Caro unterstützt perfekt das Check in. Diese beiden Damen sind das Herzstück und lesen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl! Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und extrem sauber, es riecht sehr gut! Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist ein Traum!

The hotel in very nice location but there is no service, no one in the reception if we need something and no elevator and my mother was suffering from this issue and I already spoke with them and the didn’t change the room and they give room to another people in ground floor really sad

Personal war sehr sehr nett, alles war bei check-in, check-out sehr einfach. Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants, Cafes, See, Strand, Seilbahn zu Fuss erreichbar. Frühstück war sehr lecker, Kaffee war echt gut😉 Zimmer war ok, war sauber, 2 getrennte Zimmer ohne Tür mit zwei Kinder war für uns ideal, Bett war sehr bequem. Maximal 6 Parkplätze auf Hotelhof, wir hatten den letzten, sonst gibt es ein Paar Tiefgarage und viele Parkplätze in der Nähe. Aussicht unglaublich schön🤗

Overall very nice hotel that I highly recommend. Excellent location. Great view of the mountains. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and safe. Nicely organized breakfast.
Disadvantages: The main issue is the lack of an elevator. There very few parking spots (for 6 cars only). The hotel is close to the train railway which causes considerable noise especially in rooms with lake view.
