I was very satisfied with the lovely room.
The receptionist was kind and allowed me to check in early.
It was close to the station, and the room had a bathtub and a terrace, making it a very comfortable space. I would definitely like to use it again.

The hotel is retro and the bar is very nice! It's very close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The front desk service is OK, not bad. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. I slept very comfortably! The view outside the window is OK.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter.
Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

We had a great time at this resort. If you are going up the mountain the train and the bus is very close. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic! I would defentenly go back!

A very well located hotel. Close to the train, just off the main street allows for a reprieve from the noise. The beds were so comfortable!!! The food was delicious. The hotel was clean. Hard to navigate to your room and so you may need some help. The night staff at the hotel desk was rude, but the rest of the staff were very polite.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Alex. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating, the facilities are immaculately clean and the room and property had everything I wanted in a hotel. The Ski room with heated boot and glove warmers in my private locker were a fantastic add that I wasn’t aware of. Sofi and the staff were very friendly. Everything is walkable from this location, including the train. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Stayed here as part of our Viking Extension. Room was good. Decor is dated (dark timber and fabrics). Breakfast was a bit chaotic as there was only one coffee machine in a corner, so not very good traffic flow. Some staff helpful, others grumpy.

Stay 6 nights but cannot stay in the same room. Temperature can’t control too hot can’t sleep.
