Wonderful location. Rooms are charming with a chalet decor and quite comfortable although small. Staff was outstanding in all aspects. Breakfast included was fantastic. No fitness center but Zermatt is made for going outdoors so not a big detraction. We did not try the restaurant but it looked really nice.

We were at the end of hiking the Haute Route and the amazing spa, wonderful bars, amazing room with the terrace view of the Matterhorn were just what we needed. Our room had a very comfortable bed, Bose speakers, a gigantic bathtub, a fireplace and fantastic terrace. The staff are great too! They brought us ice buckets for our celebratory wine and it seems like there is nothing they won't do to please you. They gave us a complimentary ride to the train station at the end of our stay. The spa is WONDERFUL!

Super hôtel, très bien situé. Chambre magnifique avec 2 balcons. Vue sur le Cervin. Équipée d'une machine à café Nespresso. Petit déjeuner impeccable. Cet hôtel est décoré avec goût. Très bien mangé au restaurant du sous-sol. Bravo!!! Je reviendrai 👌

Goao picked us up from the GBB station and pointed out different restaurants that we might like. Walking into the hotel revealed a scent perfect for the senses, and the decor was fabulous. We were greeted by Marco’s smiling face. He was pleasant and full of information. He answered all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs. We mistakenly took the lift down to the basement but was surprised when Martin, the owner of the hotel, greeted us and inquired about our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and it had a great layout. Balcony views of the mountains on both sides were an added bonus. We enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast, the selections were awesome, and the staff were nice and pleasant. Between the three gentleman and the breakfast staff, we felt welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we’re able to return to Zermatt. I highly recommend it.

Very nice property and friendly staff. We had two rooms and they gave us two connected rooms. A double room and a junior suite. View of the town and mountains from the balcony. Decor was nice and rooms comfortable with decent amount of space. Breakfast spread was adequate and the hotel has a nice restaurant as well. Would recommend and consider on our next trip to Zermatt.

Great stay, location is wonderful right in the center of everything. Didn’t care for the breakfast however the complimentary upgrade made up for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for making our time in Zermatt enjoyable
