Very well located hotel, with pretty renovated rooms. Friendly staff! Some facilities are missing in the room, such as tea and coffee. The pillows are not very comfortable.

The location is very close to the station, easy to reach by car, and not far from the attractions. The breakfast is simple, as you can imagine. The room is of a medium distance and can store luggage.

Breakfast is good, but the amount provided to guests is fixed. If you eat too late, you will run out of food.

The hotel is a four-minute walk from Zermatt train station, just on the main street, with a Derby restaurant downstairs. The room has a balcony, and you can see the lively scene on the main street, but not the mountains (picture 1). The hotel facilities are very new, but there is a faint smell of newly decorated wooden furniture. Although we use very good and brand-new hansgrohe faucets and shower facilities, the hot and cold water is uneven... In addition, you can enjoy a discount in the restaurant downstairs by showing your hotel room card and information, but the restaurant is not very delicious (picture 2) )

Location: Excellent, right on the main street of the town, just a two-minute walk from the Zermatt train station. Next to it is McDonald's, my regular canteen in town. It's not far from a pretty big coop in the town. Hotel facilities: Although the hotel's entrance and front desk look small and dated, the hotel rooms are good and should have been renovated in the past year or two. The facilities are new and clean. Although there are only Swiss-standard sockets in the room, there are USB-C charging ports on the bedside and table, which can also charge mobile phones and tablets. The hotel's toiletries are relatively average. There is only one bottle available. The container looks new and nice, but there is no label. It is probably some cheap two-in-one shampoo and shower gel. Also note that there is no hot water kettle in the room (I thought it might be because the altitude is relatively high and I am worried about boiling water and causing problems?) Hotel breakfast: terrible, all cold food, and you have to put the eggs in the egg cooker to cook yourself. My suggestion is to go out and have breakfast at the McDonald's next door. Service: Not bad, but the check-out time is relatively early.

You can see the Matterhorn from the room 👍, 5 minutes walk from the station and convenient transportation! The hotel facilities are very new, the environment is clean and tidy
