Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay. Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station. Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

The room is clean and sanitary, with a balcony where you can see the snow-capped mountains and watch the sunrise and sunset. You can store your luggage, the front desk staff is very friendly, and it is a good stay experience.

If you want to see the Matterhorn, you cannot see this balcony room type, and the bathroom does not have a bathtub. If you are concerned, you can pay attention to it. The hotel is very close to the station, and you can also make an appointment to ask the hotel to be connected to the station. The overall experience is good!

I am very satisfied with the fact that I can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The front desk was very considerate and sent it to the room. It also introduced various instructions in detail. There is a special welcome card and the facilities are complete. There are also chocolates of the same type as the Matterhorn in the refrigerator. You can take pictures and check in. Nice hotel. Convenient to go everywhere. Eating downstairs is also very convenient.

The decoration of the room has a sense of design, but it's a pity that we can't see the Matterhorn from the room.

Great location, staff and amenities. Walkable to trains. Lovely view of the Matterhorn and river. Fondue service and ridiculous fur robes were fun to use. Only complaint is the design of the rooms. There’s a window into the bathroom, so there’s no privacy when you’re using the toilet. Also the mirror is poorly lit. Makes it hard to put on even a little bit of makeup because you can’t see yourself

Well, whoever is enjoying a good ginger tea knows that it is very hard to find. I have found the best hier in Zermama Hotel Bar. Always made by Tiit and served by Viktor, enjoyed infront of the fire place with nice cookies nd creamy honey. Oh yeahhhh 🥰

The hotel itself is wonderful. But keep in mind that everything in Switzerland is twice the price (of USA) and in Zermatt, everything is 3-4x the price. I was bummed our $550 per night BASIC room did not even come with a breakfast in the morning. The bar/lounge area is quite beautiful (except for the very rude bartender from Estonia). Hotel is central to everything in town. Hotel will provide free transportation to/from train station. It is a short walk, but when you have luggage, that ride was appreciated.

It was my second time at Hotel Zermama and it did not disappoint. I stayed in its Sweet Matterhorn room, which is able to house 4 persons and yet give us some privacy. It had two toilets and two TVs. It even had a sensor light that lights up the floor just enough when you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The room was modern, spotless and had a nice view of the Matterhorn. The shower was great. The TV had weather information, exercise routines and even tutorials on how to enjoy cheese fondue. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Zermatt station. It provides a shuttle service from the station at check-in and check-out. You just have to call 15 minutes before your arrival/departure.
