The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zermatt train station. The front desk of the hotel was not enthusiastic at all. They just checked in according to the rules. Overall, I can't talk about cost performance. I just stayed in a hotel on a trip to Cermatt. There is nothing special about it.

This hotel is so unreliable. When we booked with Ctrip, we agreed to pay at the hotel. We also prepared francs. But when we checked in, they said we only needed to pay the city tax and refused to charge the room fee. The francs were used up the next day when we climbed the Matterhorn. When we checked out, they said we had to pay the room fee and they even took the two bank cards I left on the table and made copies of them. They were not polite at all. My credit card was no longer usable. They failed to deduct money several times. Fortunately, my UnionPay card was usable, so the problem was solved. I will check the account after I return to China to see if the hotel will double-deduct money. This time in Zermatt, I also booked another hotel for my brother and sister-in-law. I would like to ask Ctrip, we agreed to pay at the hotel, why did they want to deduct money from my credit card several times in advance? They are not trustworthy! Why doesn't Ctrip restrict it?
