We were on a motorbike tour in Graubünden and we stopped at this hotel by chance, we didn't book in advance. I didn't know what to expect from the hotel because it looks quite old from the outside. We had such a nice surprise!! The lady at the reception was so lovely and smiling, everything is so perfectly clean, the room had a nice view on the mountain and was super clean as well, the food at the restaurant extremely good both at dinner and for breakfast. And all the people working there are so polite and kind. We will definitely come back if we'll have another tour in that area (by the way, Graubünden is amazing).

Lage: optimal am Rand von Zernez an der Ofenpassstrasse gelegen. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Zudem hat man im Winter die Loipen direkt vor der Haustür. Empfang: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer: sehr gute Betten, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Badezimmer scheint aus den 70ern zu stammen, ist aber gut gepflegt und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Ganz nett das tägliche frische Obst auf dem Zimmer. Essen: ist gutes solides Essen zu fairen Preisen. Am Frühstücksbuffet bekommt man eigentlich alles was man braucht. Leichte Abstriche gibt es beim Hygienekonzept. Ist soweit ok, kann man aber verbessern. Fazit: nettes, familiengeführtes Hotel zu vernünftigen Preisen.
