Facilities: Not very new. There is a gap in the glass door leading to the small balcony that cannot be closed tightly. The water pressure in the shower room is too low. Hygiene: The shower room is not in good hygiene condition. There are stains on the walls and floor. When I took a shower on the first night, a lot of dirty stuff came out from under the wooden floor of the shower room. Environment: The location is excellent. However, because the curtains between the bed and the bathroom serve as a partition, the room will be damp after taking a shower, and the temperature in the room will rise slightly. If the partition curtains are all closed, the air conditioner will not blow into the sleeping area. Service: Although there is no elevator, the boss will help carry luggage. I live on the fifth floor and this is a big help.

I definitely won't be back. A positive point of the hotel is the location, it is very convenient, not only because Zhangjiajie Park is very close, but it is located in the middle between Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge Park. Very convenient. I went with a friend and they gave us a room that we hadn't asked for, I understand that they were renovating (one day we ran out of light) and that the room was more expensive than ours, but having a bathroom and shower with glass was very inconvenient, especially because it wasn't what we asked for and we were not a couple. None of the staff spoke English and they demanded that we speak Chinese, in my case I don't speak it, but my friend does. When he wasn't there they treated me badly just because I didn't speak Chinese, you can't have a hotel where you accept foreigners and don't speak English, especially in a tourist spot like Zhangjiajie. Once I asked for water at the front desk (I don't understand why we had to ask for it everyday) and they didn't understand, the word water is basic English. The day we arrived the room was not completely clean, there were ashes in the bathroom (we had asked for a non-smoking room), the room smelled of cigarettes and there was not even a pillow. The day the light went out we couldn't close the window, so we asked for help and they replied that it was because of the light since the room was all electric; In the afternoon when we came back from the excursion (and the light was back) the situation was the same, with the excuse that it was too late they put some scotch tape on the window and said they would fix it the next day. They never did and the day we left there window it was still like that. We had to have the air conditioning on all the time because of the cold. We have to say that a lady of the staff was very nice to us and even stopped us to give us the fruit, even though there was the problem of the language barrier, she was very kind and friendly with us.

I have felt so well looked after here. From the friendly support in booking access to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park via We Chat with the hotel to booking a guide which spoke English. The hotel itself is in the perfect location only a few minutes walk to the elevator entrance and the staff were super friendly. Especially pengyi who helped to arrange all my activities for two days and also was very kind and offered to help with my laundry as I got back late from my first day of trekking. They really did make sure I had everything I needed and felt welcomed. I would highly recommend for English speaking travellers as you can communicate using translation app.

It was a very satisfying accommodation experience. The decoration of the entire B&B was also very tasteful and the stay was very comfortable. Facilities: Complete, including hair dryer, TV, and dryer. Hygiene: Neat and clean, no odor. Environment: The sound insulation is very good, you can see the mountain view from the opposite side, and it is also very safe opposite the Armed Forces Department Service: The boss is very enthusiastic. He also recommended delicious restaurants for us and gave us advice on our trip. He was very professional.

The room was very nice with a nice view from the window. It was exactly the same as the pictures we saw on the trip.com They even provide bathroom slippers and disposable slippers in the room. The voice activated XiaoZhiGuanJia was very fun to play with. It has a wide variety of functions such as switching on or off the lights in the room, the TV, and even playing songs that you want to listen to. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very spacious. I like the design of the room. All hotel staffs were very friendly and approachable. They were very helpful to us throughout our stay. They provide a very good customer oriented service, give advice and guidance with our trip planning. They even helped us to prebook our tickets online before we arrive to Zhangjiajie. A variety of breakfast selections mostly Chinese style options. My personal favourite was the freshly made soybean milk. I would love to come back again to this hotel. Highly recommend them.

We stayed in Tianchong Yunhai for a week with two adults and two children. The big windows of the hotel just faced the forest park. When we woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the majestic mountains immediately came into view. Thanks to the hotel housekeeper Yi Yi, who helped us plan the attractions before check-in, booked tickets for the attractions, guided us on the means of transportation, recommended the purchase points of surrounding daily necessities, etc., to help us enjoy the green mountains and waters and steep peaks of Zhangjiajie without worries. I have recommended it to my relatives, and they are also planning to come here to play.

We stayed in a tatami room, which was a great option for the money. clean, close to the entrance to the forest park, shops and a bus stop nearby. We were very pleased, the breakfast buffet and coffee really lifted our spirits every morning. The receptionist was a very nice woman, she helped us with everything and gave us a paper map of the area. In general, I recommend this place, we had a great time!

The staff and service is superb! We stayed 3 nights and book 3 rooms. The view from the rooftop every morning is amazing on a clear day. the only downside would be that the main road is currently under construction, which affect its accessibility. However, the service and attentiveness of the owner is really good. we had bbq dinner at the rooftop on the last day, invited by the owner and it was really an experience. 🌸 the staff was really helpful to recommend us places and give us discount for local attraction (like the wulingyuan area/ tianmenshan area) too

The hotel was as advertised, it was clean and beautiful. The view was nice, located by a stream. It was conveniently located close to the entrance of the national forest park. There are many restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores located around the hotel so food was not a worry. The owner was very nice and friendly, planned our ZJJ trip for us! We did not have much planning, he tailored our trips for us and booked our tickets for us (cable cars, buses, lift and tram ride). It is also to DiDi in ZJJ which make travelling between places very convenient. It was a very cosy and comfortable stay. ❤️

Very good homestay hotel! The boss personally drove to Zhangjiajie to pick up the station, and the front desk staff should be black to play suggestions. The hotel has an elevator. Although it has been open for some time, the sanitation is good. There is a laundry room and a place to dry. The rice noodles for breakfast are superb! The hotel is a bit far from the sign gate, but not far away. We are all the boss driving the sign gate. After playing, we walk back to the hotel. By the way, the berry tea made by the boss is also great!
