Their service is incredibly good. They helped plan out my entire trip when I arrived as it is very confusing to get your head around. The room was great too.

The owner/manager is the kindest and most helpful person. As a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese, we used WeChat to communicate. She outlined a plan to explore the national parks. She bought discounted tickets for me. She answered all my questions. The location is only 5 minutes from the East entrance to catch the shuttles to explore the park. There are plenty of good, affordable restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with a lot Western toilet and hot water. My room faced the mountain with a private patio. There's air conditioning but I hardly used it because I could keep my sliding window door open with mosquito net for fresh air. I felt safe, comfortable, and extended my stay for 4 nights. It was truly my home away from home.. Thank you to the wonderful owner/manager!

Lovely and helpful host. Perfect location as it was only about 7 minutes walk to Zhangjiajie forest park (east entrance). The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. The bathroom unfortunately was usable but in poor condition.

The room was clean . The girls at the reception were really kind although they didn’t speak English they help us in any necessities. I really appreciate it! Thank you!

10/10 would recommend. The kindest host! She took the time to explain everything to us using translate with such patience, and she even got us tickets for the national park. Everything was great, if I ever come back it will be to these homestay!

The room is really old and poorly equipped. Considering the price, I can't expect too much. At least I can take a shower and sleep for one night. Don't worry. Besides, the location is good. It's only a five-minute walk from the East Gate (sign gate) and you can walk to the car. The main station is very spacious and convenient. The boss is so nice to make you some berry tea.

The B&B is very comfortable, the rooms are clean, the facilities are good, the proprietress is really nice, the various services are very thoughtful, and she helped us book discounted tickets. It is worth recommending, and the main cost performance is very high!

The proprietress is very enthusiastic~ It's also very close to the scenic spot. It takes a few minutes to walk to the sign gate. The Wulingyuan route map provided by the inn is also very detailed.

Comfortable accommodation is very important when traveling, because it can directly affect the travel experience. The B&B I stayed in during my trip to Zhangjiajie gave me a feeling of being at home. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a large balcony for drying out. Clothing, the lady boss is very nice, she always greets me with a smile, and she also explains the travel guide to me very carefully, and there is a night market just a few steps downstairs. It is very convenient to eat. I stayed for two nights and only spent 200 Yuan, very cost-effective, recommended.
