Simply perfect. The hotel is awesome. The room is new and the facilities are super complete. It's is located 5 min walking from the cable car station. The staff is super kind. They offer really good tips to visit the mountain. The breakfast is home made and super tasty. In conclusion, I will highly recommend to stay in this hotel to anyone who wants to explore the city and the mountain.

We are really satisfied. We were made comfortable throughout the whole journey. The boss and his family are very enthusiastic and very satisfied with their hospitality. They bought us discount tickets, planned routes for us, visited scenic spots with high quality and speed, and also provided us with a second trip. Even though we arrived late, the lady boss even waited for us at the roadside to help us with our luggage. When we left the hotel, she was very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage. Now it is the off-season, and it is also recommended that we do not need to join a tour group. It was the boss who picked us up. When we arrived at the homestay, because there were other tourists in front of us, it was the boss who recommended the route to us. One thing to say is that this time I came with my parents and booked two nights directly. As a result, when the boss recommended the route to us, he finally decided to go to Wulingyuan for two days first, and then go to Tianmen Mountain. He also told us very considerately that it is not necessary to join a tour group now in the off-season. So the boss helped us move the second night to the back, and the boss saw that I was with my parents, and upgraded our room. And he can also help buy tickets, all at a discounted price. And one more thing is that I took my parents to play all the way. The next stop is Fenghuang. Coincidentally, the boss’s cousin opened a hotel in Fenghuang. We stayed there directly in Fenghuang, which is also very good, and the environment is needless to say. Environment: The room is very clean, breakfast is a buffet, the variety is good, and the noodles are delicious. The routes and strategies we recommended are also very reasonable. Line A went in at 5:30 and came out at 10:00. There were very few people along the way and we slowly took in the scenery in the mountains. When we came out, the number of people started to increase. A handsome guy in black drove a Mercedes-Benz to pick us up at the station. The lady boss was very hospitable and gave us tea. A sweet-looking little girl at the front desk gave us free breakfast for our children. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The room is a bit small and compact, but the owner and his family are very nice. The breakfast is also OK, simple but not crude. The fried rice is delicious. There is a drop-off service. It is also very close to the airport. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel. It is still very clean and tidy.

What I like the most is the Tianmen Mountain tourist route map drawn by the boss, which avoids many places that are not worth spending money on. The boss picked us up at the station and took us to see the 72nd Arcade. The service is top notch.

A very good hotel. I came to Hunan for 9 days and this was the most comfortable place. The boss and his wife were very enthusiastic. I said I had been to Tianmen Mountain, and the boss said I would tell you how to get there again, hahaha. You can dry clothes, exercise, and barbecue on the terrace, which is quite poetic. The child was reluctant to leave, and there was also a Mercedes-Benz car to pick him up (only once). The service was super good. I will recommend it to my friends in the future.
