Kind host , great service , excellent location , helpful, our room was large and comfortable . Breakfast was chinese buffet, everything good. We got free laundry mashine inside resort. Everything was great .

The hotel was easy to find and its about 500 meters from the national park gate. The room was clean and spacious with free bottled water everyday. The staff was also helpful in booking on the ticket or the taxi to go around the town with discounted price rather than booking online. There is also a lot of cheap supermarket and restaurant just about 1km from the hotel. don't buy anything from the supermarket near the gate as its expensive

We had an excellent stay at Tianchong Yunhai, it is a short walk to the East gate of Zhangjiajie national park, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is clean and the breakfast is good as well. The shower and water pressure is good.

pool wasnt available. musty smell in the room. towels weren’t changed, just folded.

very good hotel! located in a convenient location for visiting the national park. The rooms are comfortable. The owner of the hotel is very responsive. she helped me with transfer from/to the train station, and helped me with a guide for visiting the park.

Good location (walkable to the park gate), friendly and helpful staff, though the swimming pool was broken (and looked like it had been broken for a while with no water) and there were insects splattered on the wall.

Perfect location for entering Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It's only a 10 min walk to the entrance, which really helped us get in early and beat the crowds. The room was big and comfortable, but maybe a little dated. Staff were very welcoming and helped us with things like washing laundry. Don't expect luxury but it's a great place to spend a few nights and maximise your time in Zhangjiajie.

Welcome fruit: The welcome fruit was a little late, but it was made up in time Zhangjiajie Scenic Area Map: The map plans the tour route, and the front desk staff is enthusiastic.  Exquisite afternoon tea: Afternoon tea is tea prepared downstairs and at the front desk. This is not a highlight and can be ignored. A very satisfactory stay. It is very close to the scenic spot and it is also convenient to eat around. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic! The only regret is that when I booked the hotel, I saw that I could swim and there was a swimming pool. As a result, there was not much water in the swimming pool. The little water smell was not enough to swim and it felt a little dirty.  This is very regrettable. It happened to rain and I couldn’t swim. . . . . . . . . But I feel like the hotel  just doesn’t really want you to enjoy the swimming pool.

The hotel building feels a bit old. The rooms are pretty good, the facilities are newer, and the hygiene is very good. I booked a parent-child room with floor mats, small tents and dolls. My baby will like it very much. My eldest baby is 12 years old. I'm not interested anymore. The location is good, just a few minutes' walk from the sign gate. It's very convenient to get there. The Forest Park ticket is valid for 4 days. You can go in and take a walk when you have time. You don't need to pay extra for transportation to Shili Gallery and Golden Whip Stream. cost of.

It's pretty good! My children said the hotel breakfast was delicious. A box of watermelon fruit plate was given when checking in, and local specialty berry tea was given when extending the stay and checking out.
