房間很乾凈 ，到了晚上有貼心的粥。酒店的早餐也很豐富。酒店有幫忙安排鄧婷導遊帶我們在武陵源玩。體驗感也不錯。

酒店無限量供應瓶裝水蠻貼心的，淡季關係免費升級了房間但是看不出哪裡變好變大了，長輩住的另一個房間制暖出了問題調了制熱30度但是房間温度還維持10幾度沒有變暖（她沒有及時説一整晚都是穿羽絨服睡覺）幸好第二個晚上修好了，前台接待的小姐姐服務周到有及時迴應和解決問題。
早餐種類繁多，但是餐廳服務有待提高。

位置挺方便。
是智能控制的房間設施。
最喜歡洗衣房，喜歡每天都洗衣服還有烘衣服。
早餐挺豐富的。
不足就是衞生間和房間之間的隔牆有一個玻璃縫，晚上去廁所打開燈，另一個躺在房間的人被衞生間透過來的光正好照臉上，有點影響睡眠。
洗浴品的開口也太小了，很難擠
