The service is warm and thoughtful. There is an airport pick-up and you can also be sent to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Ticket Office. The hotel registered the ID card and put a small bag in it for protection. Very attentive, but the bed is relatively soft. I have a bad waist and it is not convenient to sleep. I only stayed for a day.

Small and cozy hotel, with the best hotel staff! Big thanks to fang fang, who was so kind and patient. She helped with the planning and ordering tickets to all the attractions, given us all different route options and all in all, very knowledgeable about everything!
Also the breakfast is tasty, and there are bluetooth speaker system in the room which is great to have.
We love it here!

This was the best experience l've ever had in any accomodation. We were looked after so well from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Fang Fang was so helpful with everything and it made our trip so easy. She arranged affordable transport for us everywhere including free pick up from drop off from the train station, helped us plan a trip to suit all our needs as well as book discounted tickets. She offered us tea which was so nice when it was cold outside and was super helpful with every question we had. Communication with her was amazing even when we were out and about. The room was also spacious and breakfast was tasty. The amount of time she spent with us made us feel so special and we will miss it, I’d recommend this place to everyone!

There is a Mercedes-Benz business car pick-up service, which is very convenient! The landlady was very enthusiastic and gave us souvenirs. We also had a driver pick us up when we went to the Grand Canyon the next day. The TV in the room is great and the bathroom is very clean
