The hotel included personal butler service, our butler helped us book all national park entry tickets and provide daily itineraries for our trip in Zhangjiajie. He even called local taxi for us free of charge. Super awesome customer service! Breakfast was great, good selections. It rained heavily on one of the day, therefore the roof leaked slightly and wet the hotel room floor, but it didn’t impact our stay at the hotel, it was still great, thank you team for your hospitality and support. This was perhaps our all-time favorite hotel experience. We felt so pampered! They had everything we needed - I felt like we somehow overpacked, haha. Our butler was amazing. Our Chinese is not great, and it was our first time traveling in China. Through WeChat, they helped us with planning an itinerary, booking tickets for the park, call Didi for us, and even helped us order takeout when we were jetlagged and starving. He was quick and very accommodating. This hotel is also amazing in its decor, cleanliness, and breakfast! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to drink tea in their tea room, but they had spaces with mahjong, tea rooms, and more! Great for groups to socialize. Breakfast was great in variety and taste every morning. It was probably our favorite part. Homemade and delicious meal. They also helped accommodate our 7am breakfast when we needed to checkout early. I'm not sure if we will ever visit Zhangjiajie again, but this hotel has definitely changed my perspective on what an experience we can have. Thank you so much!

I did a last minute decision not knowing how to figure out what to do in zhanjiajie, and how to go about touristic sites as all tours were booked way in advance. Nevertheless, The ‘housekeeper’ or so as it translates on WeChat was an impeccable host. Didn’t speak English but the communication was prompt , precise and arranged my whole trip: schedules, guides etc . It was a one stop shop for me as he also kept the accounts books. The hotel is a cute one and there’s good taste in furniture and parts are under construction, even though it looks neat and tidy as is. It’s in the centre of town and all tourist sites are easy access. And didi is readily available unlike other far off resorts.

excellent location, quiet but very near downtown. Big rooms, nicely designed. The employees are very helpful, supportive and friendly.

The only positive was that it had a great location along a stream and the bridge lights up at night which is beautiful.

The owner of the B&B is an architect who is responsible for all the major restoration works of the historic monuments in the region. He deigned the hotel himself and it can definitely show from the details how much thoughts are put into the place. We visited the place during chinese new year, the owner picked us up in person and the family helped to carry the luggage to the hotel. The place is centrally located yet felt completely removed from the hustling of the old town, especially during the CNY. The cleanliness is impeccable and those who appreciate details would definitely love this place!

Good service and convenient location. Best part is free laundry and full service tour planning. I just wish the shower and toilet were not designed like fish tanks.

The housekeeper will arrange everything clearly, including food, clothing, housing and transportation, and will be available at any time if there is a problem. The aunties are also very kind, the breakfast is delicious, and the service score is 5.0. Zhangjiajie High-speed Railway Station pick-up/drop-off or pick-up/drop-off service once: Whether before arrival or before leaving the hotel, or going to play, the housekeeper will plan the time in advance and arrange for the master to pick up. The driver, Master Li, is also very good. His car is the cleanest I have seen in Xiangxi, and he will dress neatly every day. He will also introduce the scenery of Zhangjiajie on the way. Originally, I didn't make any strategy, thinking that I would just let him go. But I found that Zhangjiajie really doesn't work without a strategy. Fortunately, the housekeeper helped me arrange this 4-day and 3-night itinerary. So, the only choice for lazy people - Songfeng Mingyu. I can't imagine that I can visit Zhangjiajie without queuing during the Golden Week. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance. This time, I was a little rushed, and this place is very suitable for relaxing. Of course, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who come to Zhangjiajie.

The location is good, the room is nice and big, the service is good, there is breakfast and pick-up service. On the first day, they sent us to the east gate of the scenic spot. However, the Xibu Commercial Street around his house is under renovation, which is not very good.

The hotel provides a pick-up service. When we got off the high-speed rail, the master came to pick us up. He was very enthusiastic. When we got off the train, the hotel guy came to help us carry the suitcases. As soon as we entered the lobby, we felt like we were entering a museum. I really like the style. The room was very pleasantly surprised and full of atmosphere. The service was also very good. He helped us book the performance of Qianguqing, and there were discounts. He also helped us call a taxi wherever we went. Welcome fruit was prepared. It's a pity that the reserved time was too short and we could only stay for one night. I will come again in the future.
