Rooms nicely furnished. Plenty of space Air-conditioning works well. Water pressure good and heats up quickly. Power points and lighting controls within arms reach and all in working order. Bathroom has lots of bench space for personal items. The shower unit has glass enclosure. Quality towels replaced daily and bed big and super comfortable. Staff helpful. Just 15 m from Wulingyuan bus station and 7 minutes walk to National Park entrance. An excellent choice if visiting Zhangjiajie attractions.

Great location within the Wulingyuan area. The entrance to Wulingyuan is about a 15mins walk away from the hotel and the main bus station is just beside the hotel. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff are helpful and provide great information about the area.

This hotel was our perfect choice to visit the park, just 10 min by walk, have really nice restaurants around. Really friendly staff, they bring some courtesy fruit to our parents (first time in China) also they call us before we arrived to the city and arrange a car from the airport to the hotel. Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms

VERY GOOD LOCATION NEXT TO BUS STATION VERY CLEAN

Nice cozy hotel, very clean. Big and comfortable rooms. Very convenient location, the hotel is just next to the bus station from where you can take mini bus to all popular destinations in Wulingyuan, and the entry to the Forest Park is only a ten minutes walk away. Very friendly hotel staff which speaks some English. Breakfast is a pretty basic Chinese one (eggs, buns etc.), some fruits would've been nice. Only disadvantage is that the walls are like paper, i. e. you hear all the noise from the other hotel guests, which is especially a problem during the National Holidays when there are a lot of families including children and grandparents, they use to shout very loud, starting from 6 AM in the morning until 10 PM at night. This is a general issue in China but not the hotel's fault.

I went to Zhangjiajie Forest Park and compared many hotels. Finally, I booked and chose this hotel on Ctrip. It is very cost-effective. It takes only one or two minutes to get to the scenic spot by taxi for about 5 yuan. I booked it early at the beginning, and the price fluctuated a little. Later, I called the front desk and the lady was very enthusiastic to help upgrade it to a family room for free, with a 2-meter bed and a 1.35-meter small bed. Breakfast for the children was also given. The room is large, clean and tidy, but the TV is a bit old and can't be projected, which is a bit regrettable.

Located in the center of Wulingyuan right next to the bus station (to the Grand Canyon and Zhangjiajie city, among others), but still nice and quiet. The Tianzishan North Entrance (ticket station) is about 1 km or 15 minutes on foot. The ladies at the reception are very nice and helpful, even speak a little English. The breakfast is Chinese, but there is coffee.
