房間和衞生間空間都很大，民宿還提供免費接送站的服務，後面因為景點回民宿的時間太趕，還麻煩老闆幫忙把存的行李直接送到高鐵站，老闆毫不猶豫地就答應了，住宿期間每次和老闆碰面都是笑呵呵的，天氣很冷但心裏暖暖的！下次再來張家界的話還會選擇瑞緣。

老闆非常肯幫忙，我們早上預訂的去高鐵站的出租車，碰上了一個小人駕駛員，規定接我們的時間超過10幾分鐘了，可我們通過出租車調度系統的平台，看到他的出租車還沒有啟動，還在離我們5公里以外的地方，我們打電話過去，駕駛員叫我取消他的訂單。在我們焦急萬分的時候，是瑞緣賓館的老闆親自開車送我們到高鐵站，才解決了我們的燃眉之急，非常感謝老闆!

其他都挺好的，所以我給好評。但是不吐不快的就是送站前一天，提前跟老闆約好了，幾點送站最合適的。我都提前起床，準備吃完早飯按時出發。突然説前面那家人家要趕不上他們的車了，如果送了他們就來不及接送我。最後導致我早飯都沒法安心吃上被迫跟他們的節奏。打包早飯的過程中那家男的還來催促我，好像是我害他們趕不上車。實際上他們比我早20分鐘車程，他們就應該早20分鐘走。憑什麼他們自己沒計劃好的錯誤要我來承擔呢。回想起來還是覺得不愉快，雖然總體不影響我在張家界旅遊的心情。

El hotel cumple con las expectativas. Pero sobre todo nos quedamos con la amabilidad de las dos personas de recepción ( una pareja), que nos ayudaron en todo momento, nos cogieron las entradas al Parque Nacional, incluso nos hicieron arroz frito para desayunar viendo que el día anterior no nos había gustado el que habían cocinado. En resumen, hotel recomendable por la higiene, hospitalidad y cercanía a los puntos de interés.

房間裝修還是很新的，個人認為是挺不錯的，離七十二奇樓很近，在市區吃了有名的三下鍋。買了莓茶，莓茶在市區便宜，在森林公園附近我問的價格都貴些。房間的刷牙的杯子能換成一次性杯子就更好了
