Yummy breakfast included! Nice view from the hotel rooftop!

There are many good things in this hotel 1. Front desk is very professional and helpful. They are so friendly and good-hearted. You don't need to have a tourist guide if you stay in this hotel. They explained to me very carefully where need to start and where to end. Marked on the map by arrow, which was very easy to follow and explore. I loved their service and professionalism. 2. Good location. Easy to find. About 1.5km from entrance to The Zhangjiajie Park and about 35 minutes from the airport (150RMB) Hotel staff so helpful with trip itinerary and really willing to explain and find information for you. Food they recommended was great: Tangshifu Xiangximing Restaurant. Nice to have multiple rooms. Breakfast room is on the roof which is beautiful.

Toilet bowl clog but staff put notice to guest not to trash toilet roll to toilet bowl. Then I ask where to trash she say in the trash bin beside. I can’t imagine this answer. I also wondering how to elected as Ctrip Selected Property

The hotel was really nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the rooftop Terrance was amazing, the breakfast was ok Chinese style.

Good location, horrible cleanless

The accommodation environment is very comfortable, the room is very clean, the lobby waiter is very enthusiastic and answers all questions. I especially like the beautiful lady and handsome guy who greeted us in the lobby. They explained the route of the forest park to us very carefully and in detail, which made our trip more convenient and saved time. If I come to Zhangjiajie again in the future, I will definitely continue to stay at Bangke Hotel.

The hotel also provides luggage check-in service, which is very convenient for people who want to stay in Tianmen Mountain on the same day. They don't need to come back to pick up their luggage, and they can be directly sent to the hotel in Tianmen Mountain. There are many restaurants around, which is very convenient and close to the East Gate. The noodles for breakfast are delicious. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

The room is very clean, and the restaurant on the terrace is still very nice. The receptionist is very good, helping to customize the tour route and finding a 7-seater MPV for pick-up (for family travel). Yes, there is also ginger tea🍵. When you come back from the mountain in rainy and foggy weather, drink ginger tea around the stove to drive away the cold and dampness. It is worth recommending.

I also booked this hotel one day in advance because I saw that this hotel has a high rating on Ctrip and I was going to Zhangjiajie for a trip. I drove here by myself. After checking in, they helped me explain the route to Wuling Garden the next day. The whole process was very considerate, which made me relax physically and mentally.
