Enjoyed most

Booked this room for my family. The room is super spacious and elegant. Really love their wall printings and design. It might look less modern than other hotel but its cleanliness is still great and nice. Recommended.

I liked the hotel. I chose a hotel with a pool to relax after visiting the mountains, but it is only open on weekends. it was very upsetting. this information is not on the website

Weird layout of the suite with multiple staircases that are hazardous and dangerous. The room’s ventilation system were afoul with smoke and other undesirable smells.

This hotel was OK as far as amenities but I gave it 2 stars because many things in the room were broken.  Only the handheld shower head turned on, not the overhead rain shower. The shower leaked water into the toilet area, the light on the vanity mirror was broken. Most annoyingly, the air conditioner only turned down to about 24.5° and would not go lower. We were so hot at night trying to sleep. Other than those things the room was quite comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was OK.  If you are looking for the western options at the buffet, they had fried eggs, bacon, sausage/hot dogs, fresh fruit, cheap coffee, and sliced bread. The Chinese breakfast options were plentiful.

Overall okay but not enough for 5 stars hotel. The reception could not help us finding a good restaurant or organizing how to arrive to the mountain. Breakfast and dinner were good

We just stayed for one night. The breakfast buffet was decent. The room adequate and clean and the balcony enjoyable. There is no bathtub or pool or hottub in the room.

Spacious and clean room

Dusty old hotel in a strange location in the city. Only stayed one night before we switched to a different hotel. Rooms were big, Chinese style, but just old. Breakfast had a lot of options.

The hotel lobby is large and grand, with a sense of age. The front desk upgraded the family room, which is very large with two 1.8-meter beds. The facilities are complete, and snacks and fruits are given every day. There are a lot of groups, mostly Korean guests. There are a lot of people dining during the breakfast peak, but there are also many varieties and the food is replenished quickly.

This stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the decoration style is very luxurious, and ethnic elements can be seen everywhere. The front desk check-in was warm and thoughtful, the service butler Xiao Zhang had a good attitude, and the arranged room was warm and comfortable. Recommended Recommended
