Amazing location, amazing reception, amazing room But cleanliness is abit lacking and unfortunately our toilet was clogged. Overall it’s not a bad hotel.

Location is very conveniently located near to the Tianmen Cable Car station (within walking distance). Room 2 bedded is comfortable with enough space for our bags. There are restaurants around the area and easily accessible.

Very centric location, a short walk from the cable car station. There are several convenience stores downstairs and staff at the hotel are very nice. They brought water and toiletries to our room every day. The elevators and hallways are outdated and smell like cigarette smoke, but the room itself was very modern, clean and non-smoking.

Excellent view of Tianmen mountain. Clean room. Helpful reception. Food nearby, including local delights, especially a bun store not visible on Apple map.

Clean pleasant hotel with a good location for travelling to Wulingyuan (close to buses) and the nearby mountain (next to cable car station).

Great location, in front of the cableway station to Tianmen Mountain. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is not the only business in the building. So you'll find restaurants and travel agencies in the "lobby". But finding the front desk of the hotel was easy and the check in process went smoothly. The only confusing thing was that the English name of the hotel in the trip app didn't match the name on the front desk.

The entrance of the Tianmen Park is just in front of the hotel. It's just a short walking distance to buy the tickets. We are pleased with the hotel because it's not just near the park entrance to the cable but is also clean and spacious.

What was good about Molin Fengshang Hotel were its locations (next to ticketing office for TianMen Shan attractions, quite a number of eateries, the room was very clean & spacious. What need improvement are (1)The building is shared by many others hotels (each occupying different floors). Only two of three lifts operating and the 2x lift unable to cope with the demands. Which means long wait for everyone using the lift. (2)The entrance to the hotel is shared by a tour agency, thus unable to distinguish hotel customers & tour patrons. Place look messy. Unable to feel the atmosphere of a hotel (not much encounter with the reception staff which is unlike other hotel establishment). Hotel staff did not engage in small talk to assist newly arrived tourist with local attractions, eateries and matters regarding check-in/check-out. (3)Didi vehicle only allowed to stopped at road side about 10-15 meters from hotel building and not allowed to enter the car park compound/car parks (not in front of the hotel building). This make unloading of luggage's cumbersome, pushing trolly bags on car park. On my checkout days, i have to stand at the road side (& it was raining that morning) to wait for the Didi vehicle. They unable to enter hotel compound and also not so sure where is Molin Fengshang Hotel.

Very convenient place just 5 mins walk to the tianmenshan cable car. Nearby got many nice restaurants . Room is spacious and has dryer machine outside the rooms which can be used paying small fee. Rmb5 for 30mins operated using WeChat.

A pleasant surprise waits for a solo traveller at the hotel desk. To start with, my flight reached late and it was almost midnight when i checked in. To my amazement, there were a few eateries still open at that hour. I checked in and while having dinner at the next door restaurant lost my door card but the hotel did not charge me a bit for that. I got a room on the 15th floor and found Morninginn written on the doors. Not sure of they combine with other hotel rooms. The rooms are big and basic but the house keeping does a good job with crisp clean white sheets and towels changed everyday if requested. The cable car station being behind the hotel (a 2 minute walk) is the biggest advantage if you plan to visit Tianmen mountains. Rooms have large windows and the WIFI is excellent. There is also a travel service available below which could take care of your plans to visit the famous tourist spots in Zhangjiajei. Now for some areas where the service could be improved. There are no wardrobes but just a coat hangar for clothes which might be an issue for families. Secondly, the room had no supply of tea/coffee sachets despite a hot water kettle being available. The bathroom kit could also improve with additional lotions for winter and a handsoap for regular use. The lights in the bathroom are also dim. These little additions could make this hotel a delight amongst travellers.

Easy check in, great location. Rooms are reasonable and ok to stay.
