This family owned hotel is super friendly to everyone. They have a very good breakfast and helped us with the planing of the trip. The really best thing is, that they always offer you a free coffee or tea during the hole day, a complimentary free pick up service from the airport, duringthe time and return drive to the airport! We absolutely recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the National park. The hotel staff were super friendly. They helped us navigate the area, arranged airport transfer and the food was delicious.

I was presently surprise by the service. Owner/staff was very welcoming and given us great insight and solve all our transport concern ! After being in China from Zhengzhou / Wuhan / etc for past 6-7 days, staying here was the perfect experience. Best decision so far to be away from crowd 🙏

I can not praise this hotel enough, it is FANTASTIC! First of all, when I made my booking, a lovely lady (Tang?) connected with me on Wechat. She gave me lots of information, answered all my questions and helped to plan our itinerary. She also offered to purchase our tickets for the National Park in advance. As it turns out, you can no longer do this, but the offer was very nice and thoughtful. When we arrived at the airport, I phoned her and she helped to direct the taxi driver from the airport to the hotel. Check-in was easy and she helped us both get the local QR health codes, which you need to access everywhere in the National Park. The hotel itself is beautiful. Located near the top of the mountain, 5-10 minute walk away from the south gate to the park itself (and a much quieter entrance than both the east and south-east gates). We had a room overlooking the hotel entrance, with a mountain view (everywhere up there is a mountain view!). It was large, clean, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I had read other reviews about the hardness of the bed, but ours was super comfortable (Room 8207). Great TV too, with a good choice of programmes. Believe me, after a long day of hiking, it was nice to put our feet up and just unwind. Tea, coffee, water and fruit are provided (coffee has creamer in it, so if you don't drink milk, bring your own). There is also a lovely swimming pool - we had a refreshing swim one evening after a long hike, surrounded by the spectacular view. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can get evening meals - we are vegan and so Tang helped us to choose vegetable dishes, which were delicious. There is also breakfast included. For us, the choice wasn't so great, but if you do not have any special dietary requirements, there are noodles, bao, sausage, egg, vegetables & fruit. The hotel is great, but I have to say that it is the kind, friendly treatment by everyone there that makes it very special. Each day, Tang would ask us our plan and show us the best route on the map. She also arranged for someone to drop us off and pick us up when we ventured to a different gate. We speak no Chinese at all, and English at the hotel is limited, but with the help of a translation app, we had no problems at all. And the friendliness of everyone is almost overwhelming. I highly recommend this hotel and would DEFINITELY stay here again. *Small note - if you suffer from travel sickness (as I do!) be warned that this area is full of winding mountain roads, so take some sort of medication or treatment with you.

The host is very helpful and warm hearted. They suggested and arranged many of the sightseeing resources for us. The rooms, jacuzzi and the pools are brilliant. The food is bit expensive and we had some miscommunication about their barbeque offering. They asked if we wanted barbeque and we said yes, but it actually comes as a family pack and we were just two. Also it feels they are very new to hospitality industry.

This is the best homestay I've ever stayed in! It's very new, clean, comfortable bedding, smart toilet; the decoration is also very tasteful, there are welcome fruits, and there are free drinks in the refrigerator. There is also a swimming pool, which is very suitable for children to play, and the environment is first-class! The service is also five-star, very thoughtful, the boss also personally picks up and drops off for free; if you leave a piece of clothing behind, SF Express will help you send it for free, very nice! ! ! Then here comes the point, the boss is also very young and handsome, and he is a soldier! ! In short, you can't go wrong

The service facilities are very good. There are cars to pick you up at Shangzhongmendongnan. The children love the swimming pool. It is clean and tidy. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a wide variety. The lunch and dinner taste very good! Five-star recommendation!

The B&B is located in the deep mountains, with a beautiful environment, cool temperature, and good food. It is very suitable for a short stay with the family. The service staff is also very enthusiastic and patient, and the answers are timely and detailed. The B&B is very close to the middle gate, and they will pick you up every time you go out to play. The experience is very good. In general, it is a very good short trip. I would like to go again and recommend it to friends.

The room is clean and tidy. It is located in Longwei Village, Zhangjiajie, a folk village built by the local government. It has complete supporting facilities and beautiful environment. It is very comfortable to stay in the mountains. The cool breeze is gentle. Compared with the hot and stuffy weather at the foot of the mountain, this is the place to take a vacation.
