房間很好，乾淨衞生上檔次，老闆服務也好，美中不足公寓的電梯大熱天三台衹開一台，回去還被卡在電梯裏。希望改進電梯，不過第2天早上發現開啟了兩台電梯。

老闆特別熱情，我們是早晨五點多到的，當時還不能入住，老闆貼心的給我們寄存行李，拿地圖告訴我們應該怎麼遊玩天門山，還親自送我們到房間門口！我訂的是家庭套房，房間特別大，最主要的是酒店旁邊就是天門山索道入口，樓下吃飯的地方特別多，簡直是方便的不能再方便了！

張家界之旅不虛此行，西雅途客棧明智之選！下樓就是A線索道入口，經老闆指點衹排隊十分鐘就坐上索道，太幸運了！酒店周圍餐飲休閑設施齊全，還有小吃一條街！老闆熱情實在，房間也乾淨整潔，空調熱水都很給力，還有烘乾機！謝謝老闆一家的關照，強烈推薦！

房間很大，還有個高低床，孩子很喜歡，就在索道站對面，過去穿過停車場就到了，方便。周邊吃飯也多，早飯就在一樓有吃的。
