Friendly staff even though they're aren't good in English,very good breakfast. Comfy bed.

The Location is on a Hill but really near the Airport. I had to wait 15-30 minutes to check in and also check out the hotel because there was like never a person and the reception. The rooms havent got any proper toilets just the holes and the bed sheets had a lot of stains… But the little resort where the appartmenta located where really beautiful with the lights and stuff. Litarally noone spooke english

It was a decent stay, close to the airport (they offer free pick up and drop off) and short taxi drive to Tianmen Mountain. The driver offered to take me to Zhangjiajie National Park for 300 yuan which is over priced. I also asked him if breakfast was an option for an add on and he said no but the lady at reception said I had free breakfast included (I had missed out on two breakfasts because he said no). The floor wasn’t that clean and I didn’t want to walk bare foot, and there was also hair in the sink that wasn’t mine. But if you need a place to stay which is close to the airport than this place will do just fine!

The nice traditional Chinese hotel is ideally located about 10 minutes from the airport so it’s perfect to stay in soon after landing in Zhangjiajie. With a call, hotel will arrange a pick up service for you which is convenient as taxis are hard to come by in the evening. The hotel overlooks the airport so you can see the planes take off and land, which is a nice view to go out to. The housekeepers are kind, helpful and very attentive. If you want to communicate with them though best have a translation app ready as they’re not fluent in English. Amazing service though once you cross the language barrier! Rooms are clean and wifi is good! Environment is quite homely and feels like you’re in China. Would definitely recommend. One thing I would recommend is to NOT use Didi to get there. The route in the app is off road and drivers get lost.

Very nice and cozy hotel! It’s right by the airport, the hotel can pick you up for free. The lady is very nice. They told us a story, that once they couldn’t communicate with a foreigner due to a language barrier, and there was a misunderstanding. The foreigner didn’t understand he will be picked by the hotel’s car, and climbed up by himself. While the owners couldn’t use the translator to explain that they will pick him up. So they got a 1 star feedback, which very unfair. So please use the Baidu translator, the owners are very nice people 😊 Also they upgraded our room to a bigger a better one😇

Hotel itself looks not bad . Location seemed to be good , but every time you call didi - all the drivers drive you by weird roads which are always on construction . So 10 min trip May lasts hour or more ( mine was 1.5 hour) Any person in stuff don’t speak or understand English , so they were not helpful with necessities. And final . My flight was early morning and I noticed hotel stuff in advance about early check out . Morning , I realized that all gates are closed and I can’t get out . So I climbed over the wall to set myself free. I would not recommend this stay

The environment is nice, with a farmhouse style and a warm feeling. Suitable for family travel. There are restaurants and children's entertainment facilities inside, which is quite convenient. Airport pick-up service is available

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, next to the airport, you have the opportunity to watch planes take off and land, but the scenery here is definitely good. Facilities: Very complete! There are things to play, see, and read! But the service is a bit backward! Need to improve

The room is very clean and hygienic, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and it is very close to Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie West Station, and the airport, only ten minutes away. The air is good and the environment is good. Next time I go to Zhangjiajie, I will book here again.

At the foot of Tianmen Mountain, next to the airport, watch the silver swallows coming and going, Midnight barbecue, overnight stay in the mountain villa, enjoy the clear wind and bright moon. The room is clean and the environment and facilities are very good. It is very beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The courtyard is very large and well-equipped. It is a good place for friends to gather and family to travel.

A farm worth recommending, clean and the boss is straightforward, considerate of tourists, and will come back to stay even if you go to other places. It is very good and worth recommending. The boss booked tickets for me at a cheaper price than at the ticket office and online. I am still staying here, and I recommend this to friends who come here.

The room is large and clean, and my family is very satisfied. The villa is very large and beautiful. It was the first time for the children to see the plane take off and land. You can see the Tianmen Cave, with a wide view. The food is good and cheap. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The service is very good, the environment is amazing, you can see the Tianmen Cave in Tianmen Mountain, it's very comfortable to stay, the room is relatively large, of course it's the room that the boss upgraded for me 😀 Thank you for the warm hospitality of the young lady, the price-performance ratio is very high, the food is good, I will come again next time!
